  1. Shoulders rotated forwards
  2. Head forward
  3. Upper back rounded
  4. Chest dropped down

Key Cues for attaining good posture include;
  1. Lift your chest
  2. Keep your shoulders down
  3. Look straight ahead
  4. small abdominal brace
